Elvyda supports Reetags in the graphical redesign of the app and the optimisation of the user experience. Reetags defines itself as an affiliation platform and not as a simple social network which allows exchanges between customers and brands. Everyone wins. Consumers give a positive opinion on their favorite products found on a virtual store made available to them by Reetags and receive compensation as soon as a sale takes place. Brands promote their products and find the arguments to carry out good advertising campaigns in exchange for a fixed price.

It’s important for the company to better understand their users. Meeting them and understand their expectations, collecting their feedback is a crucial step in our methodology. Following the launch of V1 of the app, Reetags sent Elvyda to collect user feedback and audit the app. User research allowed us to report technical problems to the development teams, to find ways to improve flows. We noted a strong expectation in terms of design linked to a female and digital target native / influencer, micro influencer blogger using the app.

Elvyda then worked on the UI design part to improve the user experience and meet the needs of Reetags to have a young and refined application while resuming their branding.
